Which credit cards can I use at WeWearIt?
 
You can pay for your WeWearIt order using your American Express, VISA, MasterCard or Discover Card. At the present time, WeWearIt is unable to accept payment using a credit card with a billing address outside the United States or issued from a bank outside of the United States. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address—the address your credit card provider has on file for the card you use—when completing your order. Incorrect information may cause a processing delay.

How much does shipping cost?
 
Shipping in the continental United States (excluding Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico) is via UPS ground. If you're in the continental United States you may upgrade your shipping to UPS Blue for a fee of $9.95 and receive your purchase within 7 business days. Orders in Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico will automatically be shipped via UPS Blue and will be charged $15.95 per shipment.

Will I be charged sales tax?
 
Sales tax is applied to all orders shipped within the state of New York. WeWearIt is required by law to collect and submit sales tax in states in which we have a physical presence.

Is it safe to use my credit card over the Internet?
 
WeWearIt uses the latest Internet security technology to protect your credit card information—the Secure Socket Layer system. This system is compatible with both the Netscape and Internet Explorer web browsers and ensures that your credit card number is protected and cannot be viewed by outside parties.

When will my order arrive?
 
Each piece at WeWearIt is custom made when the order is placed. You can expect delivery within two(2) weeks from the date ordered.

How are WeWearIt orders packaged?
 
Each piece is displayed in an attractive WeWearIt gift box. The jewelry is further wrapped within secure packaging to guarantee the safety of your purchase in transport. The shipment is insured.

What if my order gets lost or damaged in shipping?
 
WeWearIt and UPS insure all shipments. If there are any issues with a WeWearIt shipment, call us toll free at 1(877)WeWear1 or email us at barbara@wewearit.com.

Can you ship internationally?
 
Unfortunately, at this time WeWearIt is unable to sell or ship items to people living outside of the United States, except Puerto Rico. Each order requires a U.S. (or Puerto Rico) billing address and a U.S. (or Puerto Rico) shipping address. Customers with APO and FPO addresses will need to arrange for delivery to an alternate physical U.S. address.
